The Middlesex County Wetlands Board has received Joint Permit Application# 2025-1944 from Dawn W. Toney. This application requests for to install a Quickreef living shoreline with a total length of 264 linear feet and 50 linear feet of bulkhead to be repaired with vinyl sheet-pile directly waterward of existing structure within the jurisdiction of the Middlesex County Wetlands Board. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank River at Tax Map Parcel #37A-6-182. 61 Lakeside Drive

Pursuant to Section 28.2-1302 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Middlesex County Wetlands Board will hold a public hearing on this application on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Board Room of the Historic Courthouse at 865 General Puller Highway, Saluda, Virginia.
