Notice is hereby given that the Northampton County Wetlands Board will hold a public
meeting on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, to consider and to hear public comments
on one application.
The meeting will begin at 8:00 AM with a site visit to the affected property. The Board
will reconvene at or around 9:30 AM that same morning in Board Chambers in the
County Administration Building at 16404 Courthouse Road, Eastville, Virginia, for the
purpose of conducting a public hearing.
VMRC 2025-2233: Cavalier Advisors LLC represented by Daniel Hooper is
applying for a permit to construct a commercial pier with a roofline, boat lift, and
six mooring pilings. The property is located on Holly Point Lane, Exmore VA, and
is further described as Tax Map 13-4-8 along the shoreline of Nassawadox
Creek.
The application file may be viewed in the Planning, Permitting, and Enforcement Office
in the County Administration Building, Monday through Friday, between the hours of
9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
