NORFOLK WETLAND BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE

The Norfolk Wetlands Board will convene a public hearing on Wednesday, September 10^th, 2025 at 1:00 pm in City Council Chambers, 11th Floor of City Hall to consider the following permit applications:

Seaward Marine Corporation #23-2868: Installation of steel sheet pile bulkhead, boat and barge ramp, floating pier, rip rap armoring to impact vegetated and non-vegetated wetlands at 602 Ford Drive on the Elizabeth River. 

The Wetlands Board will conduct a work session to discuss administrative matters at 12:00 p.m. preceding the public hearing in the City Planning Conference Room 5^th Floor City Hall. 

All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing and offer comment. Written comments to be entered into the official record may be presented during the hearing or directed to our office prior to the hearing date.
