Notice of Virginia Beach Wetlands Board Public Hearing
A Public Hearing of the Virginia Beach Wetlands Board will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber – 2401 Courthouse Dr., Municipal Center, Bldg. 1, Second Floor, Virginia Beach, VA. A Staff briefing session will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room 2034. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The following requests are scheduled to be heard:
New Business

1. Danny Ray Alexander Trust & Bethany Lindblad Alexander Trust [Applicants & Owners] To construct a rip rap revetment involving wetlands at 329 W Chickasaw Rd, contiguous to Eastern Branch Lynnhaven River – GPIN 1457718210 – District 1.
   2. Adam Watts [Applicant & Owner] To construct a rip rap revetment involving wetlands at 1308 Wren Pl, contiguous to Linkhorn Bay – GPIN 2418139225 – District 6.
   3. Leslie A. Neatrour Trust [Applicant & Owner] To construct rip rap revetment and rip rap sill involving wetlands at 2676 Wimbledon Point Dr, contiguous to Lynnhaven Bay – GPIN 1499434576 – District 8.
   4. Mary J. Clarke [Applicant & Owner] To construct a bulkhead and return walls involving wetlands at Parcel B, Thalia Point Rd, contiguous to Western Branch Lynnhaven River –GPIN 1488015530 – District 8.
