NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 6 of the Accomack County Wetlands Zoning Ordinance, you are hereby notified of a public hear- ing that will be held in the Accomack County Administration Building Board Chambers, Room #104, 23296 Courthouse Ave., Accomac, VA 23301, at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, July 17, 2025, for the following application to be heard:

John A. Niemiec, Jr. & Denise M. Niemiec (Owner and Applicant) – VMRC #2025-0894 Applicant proposes a bulkhead two feet seaward of the existing bulkhead, a dock and a boat lift. The portion within the Board’s jurisdiction is wetlands behind the proposed bulkhead. Tax Map 77A-A-7 & 77A-A-9
