Partridge Creek Solar, LLC has withdrawn its notice of intent (NOI) to submit the necessary documentation for the 10 MW rated capacity permit by rule for the Partridge Creek Solar small renewable energy project (RE0000285) in Amherst County pursuant to 9VAC15-60-30. The owner has modified the project that reduced the rated capacity of the project to 3 MW with a disturbance area of 22.5 acres. The original NOI was posted to the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall on May 22, 2023.
