THE WETLANDS BOARD AND CHESAPEAKE BAY BOARD OF JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA, WILL HOLD PUBLIC HEARINGS ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11, 2025 AT 5:00 P.M. IN THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CONFERENCE ROOM OF BUILDING F, 101 MOUNTS BAY ROAD, JAMES CITY COUNTY, VIRGINIA.
THE WETLANDS BOARD WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASES:
WJPA-25-0012: Mr. Richard Calvert, Calvert Marine, on behalf of Mr. Richard and Ms. Jaime Labianco, has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the replacement of a bulkhead and pier on property located at 5034 River Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 0930300008.
WJPA-25-0007: Ms. Karla Haven, Mid-Atlantic Resources Consulting, on behalf of Mr. Robert and Ms. Roxanne Filegar has applied for a Wetlands Permit for the replacement of a bulkhead on property located at 7242 Otey Drive, JCC Real Estate Tax Map Parcel No. 1910600005.
THE CHESAPEAKE BAY BOARD WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASES:
CBPA-25-0048: Mr. Chase Grogg, Landtech Resources, Inc., on behalf of Mr. Jason & Ms. Jessica Smith, has applied for a Chesapeake Bay Exception for the construction of a playground on property located at 152 Mid Ocean, JCC Tax Map Parcel No. 3710700017.
CBPA-25-0034: Mr. Christopher Keilitz, has applied for a Chesapeake Bay Exception for a deck replacement, retaining wall, driveway expansion, and fire pit on property located at 126 Four Mile Tree, JCC Tax Map Parcel No. 1640500012.
CBPA-25-0049: Mr. Chase Grogg, Landtech Resources, Inc. has applied for a Chesapeake Bay Exception for the installation of a pool on property located at 4432 Landfall Drive, JCC Tax Map Parcel No. 4732400093.
CBPA-25-0047: Mr. Anthony Loubier, Vanasse, Hangen, Brustlin, Inc., on behalf of Seaworld Parks and Entertainment LLC, has applied for a Chesapeake Bay Exception for a pedestrian bridge and related impacts for new construction on property located at 7851 Pocahontas Trail, JCC Tax Map Parcel No. 5140100009.
Appeals from decisions under the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance may also be heard.
The applications and plans are on file and may be viewed during normal office hours in the Stormwater and Resource Protection Division, 101 Mounts Bay Road, Building E, James City County, Virginia.
