      A. Coastal Primary Sand Dune Application # 2024-1583 submitted by Bay Design on behalf of Leonard Powell. This request is for installing 584 L.F. living shoreline improvements with 7 Natrix Breakwater Structures totaling 524 L.F., with beach nourishment fill area, and living shoreline fill area (5,000 SF) within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on the Piankatank River, at Tax Map Parcel # 41-135. Tranquility Ln

     B. Wetlands Application # 2024-2546 submitted by Delta Marine Construction, LLC on behalf of Spencer Campbell. This request is for a Rip Rap revetment of 80' in length, 3' high, and 7' base within the Wetlands Board’s jurisdiction. The proposed project is located on Whiting Creek, at Tax Map Parcel # 29D(1)23. 25 Egret Point

Public Hearing Order:

  1. Presentation of Application by Staff.
  2. Presentation by Applicant.
  3. Chairman opens the Hearing for comments from the public. 

A. Each speaker will give his or her name and address for the record.

B. Each speaker or individual will be given one opportunity to speak.

C. All comments and/or remarks will be addressed to the Wetlands Board, not to the audience or the applicant.

D. Comments from individuals – allowed three (3) minutes each.

E. Comments from speaker(s) representing a group:

i.  Must represent four (4) or more individuals;

ii. Individuals must stand and acknowledge that they are being represented by the speaker and that they forfeit their individual time to speak;

iii. Are allowed 12 minutes to make their presentation(s) Chairman closes hearing for comments from public. Questions and discussion by Board members.
