As part of Right Help, Right Now. Medicaid Behavioral Health Services Redesign, DMAS is updating service requirements for mental health case management. Mental health case management providers are limited to Community Services Boards (CSBs). 

DMAS is seeking public comment on an update to the Mental Health Case Management section of the Case Management Appendix (Appendix I) to the Mental Health Services manual available at the following link: https://www.dmas.virginia.gov/media/uwsngjb2/mental-health-case-management-h0023-09-26-2025.pdf.
