Purpose of the meeting
NOTE: Committee meetings start at 8:30 a.m., prior to the Regular Meeting on Tuesday, April 2. The Policy and Evaluation Committee has a separate login on page 1, as noted in the packet. The Planning and Budget Committee login is the same as the Regular Meeting, as noted on page 2. • Public comment will be received early in the Regular Meeting; see agenda on timing and instructions for submitting written or verbal comment, in person or remotely. Comment will not be received for on petitions for rulemaking or any regulatory action for which a public comment period has closed. • A community program tour and non-business dinner meeting will take place on Tuesday, April 2, as noted on pages 38-39.
