||Emergency Preparedness Core Team
||This GM serves to inform DBVI employees DBVI shall have an Emergency Preparedness Core Team (EPCT) consisting of the positions and roles identified in this policy. This team creates, reviews, and implements emergency plans and procedures required by the Commonwealth of Virginia and establishes responsibilities and procedures to follow in preparation for and directly after an emergency has impacted DBVI staff, facilities, and/or organizations. This team constitutes the Crisis Management Team as required in DBVI’s Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). Other individuals and/or positions will be temporarily added to this team based on the skill sets required to respond to each incident.
