How much time will school districts be afforded to ensure that all teachers are meeting the new DLI license requirements, especially since Virginia Colleges and Universities are currently not offering a Dual Immersion Methods course? Also, how can DLI administrators (school & district level) earn the endorsement, which requires a year of teaching DLI?
