I have 40-years experience as a physical therapy patient and I am delighted to be working with a DPT who uses dry needling in conjunction with other manual therapies. As a 59-year old who has been active in sports and exercise all my life and has experience many muscle strains and injuries over the year, I have found dry-needling to be one of the most effective therapies for me in speeding healing. Dry needling it eases pain immediately, increases muscle flexiblity and absolutely improves my ability to perform daily activities after injury or overuse.
Over many decades, I have had therapists use all of the most common tools- electric stimulation, ultrasound, massage machinery etc, and IN MY EXPERIENCE DRY NEEDLING HAS BEEN THE MOST EFFECTIVE TOOL IN MY 40 YEARS AS A PT PATIENT.
