The Govenor has no authority to ban guns in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It would be in violation of the Virginia Constitution and the General Assembly has not granted him such power. Employing Obama type violations of the Constitution is unaccetable to the citizens of this great state Further, where gun bans have been enacted, like in Chicago for example, death by guns has increased, Virginians overwhelmingly want to retain their Second Amendment rights and the Govenor should be denied the right to abrigate it.
