The only justification for a law that will result in eligible voters being prevented from voting is a demonstrable problem if voter fraud. There is no evidence of such fraud, therefore the only reason for instituting such law would be a political attempt to suppress voting. Voter suppression is an assault on democracy and the fundamental values of the United States of America.
