Action | Regulations for Licensure of Abortion Facilities |

I strongly urge you to amend the proposed regulations, to ensure that such regulations are truly medically necessary and consistent with patient privacy and confidentiality.
Architectural requirements for new buildings should not be imposed on existing structures; if there are specific safety or health requirements that are necessary because of current unsafe conditions, those could be added, but there appears to be little or no evidence of existing problems.
Documentation requirements are appropriate, but should be specified in a reasonable way, such that clinics can be reasonably expected to comply with them.
You are certainly aware that abortion is a woman's right according to the Supreme Court. It is wrong to use back-door medically unnecessary regulations to abridge that right.
