I oppose the regulations being forced on women's health centers because they are unnecessary and will harm women by making it even more difficult to access reproductive health care and safe, legal first-trimester abortion care in Virginia. The existing centers have a good safety history.

It is discriminatory to impose regulations on women's health centers that are not required for all outpatient facilities.
