These regulations are politically motivated. There is no health or public safety evidence for them. Many physicians and public health authorities have testified to this. Abortion are legal and a woman's right if she so chooses. That's the law of the land. These regulations are unncessary, expensive, discriminatory, and a transparent backdoor effort to deny Virginia women access to a legal medical procedure of their choice. Please stop the charade and scrap these regulations.
