I urge you to maintain strong permanent abortion facility regulations to protect the health and safety of women. Why should abortion clinics be less accountable than other health facilities?

I support the current regulations on abortion clinics already approved by the Board of Health.  We should make these regulations permanent. 

The current regulations are not unreasonable. They are common-sense measures to ensure that infections are prevented and life-saving equipment is on hand.The regulations will ensure written policies on standards of care as all medical facilities must comply to.
