The TRAP Regulations provide  NO medical benefits. They are meant as a blantant end run around the issue of abortion and make it extremely difficult for Health Care Providers to meet these unnecessay requirements. Women as individuals are the best judges of whether or not an abortion is warranted. In the fact that these regulations were polictially coerced from the State Board of Health even when it found the regulations medically unnecessary.

The onerous, unecessary, and expensive regulations are simply a ruse to make obtaining an abortion more difficult for some, impossible for others. This is an Attack on Women.

Please reject these regulations and put forward a balanced, medical necessity guideline that is Medically Meaningful.
