In support of most of the suggested regulatory changes but the 'soft references' to CRT - DEI - SEL, etc. The Federal Government has outlawed DEI measures. 

Also, Teacher Licensing - The ABTEL almost never takes action on an Educator License unless there are charges filed upon someone for significant child abuse and/or sexual and or pornographic charges. Moral Turpitude like denying special education under IDEA and chain of command responsible must be an exclusionary measure. 

Breaking federal education laws and denying the civil rights of students equals breaking Federal Laws and Denying Civil RIGHTS. The School Systems just automatically cover up for each other. Parents need an avenue to submit legitimate complaints as victims of school professional based bullying, denial of rights, denial of parental rights, refusal to educate, and violations of Constitutional Rights and Authorities with their own children.
