I implore you to keep the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative as passed by the Virginia General Assembly. It is in the code of Virginia to address climate crises. Governor Youngkin's efforts to circumvent our legislature violates separation of powers that we hold dear in Virginia.  Please keep Virginia in the RGGI.
