Virginia needs to withdraw from the RGGI. I support Governor Youngkin's move to withdraw the Commonwealth of Virginia from this initiative. This initiative has not and will not improve the CO2 levels in the atmosphere and is just another tax burden on the hard working people of Virginia that provides no benefit.
