Very disheartened that RGGI removal is still being considered.   I have done some research & I find nothing but benefits & my reps. have been unable to provide any negatives either. I've written to them wks. ago & requested info on why RGGI removal is being considered.

There are so many benefits to RGGI which include healthier air for people, energy efficiency provided by RGGI funds, dedicated funding for flood planning - are just a few. Not to be forgotten - it will help VA get to a carbon free future, which is part of state law & planning.
