I Oppose VA's Withdrawal from RGGI

I believe the Commonwealth should continue to be a part of RGGI because it helps Virginia and its people in many ways. It's helping us reduce emissions from our power plants, improves public health, lowers energy bills, creates local jobs, and provides dedicated funding to areas to plan and to prevent flooding from recurring. Not only that, but a law from 2020 mandates that Virginia participate in RGGI; we should continue to so that we are not breaking a law. All of these elements are helping our planet and our people, so we shouldn't stop participating in this program.
