The proposed regulation will have the opposite effect by playing into the hands of terrorist and criminals.We have had no shooting in any state agencies and this prohibition on those with concealed handgun permits is entirely without any justification and needlessly and recklessly endangers innocent lives. disarming good citizens does not make them safer. The governor has no authority for this regulation. this proposed regulation endangers stste employees, law abiding citizens and innocent people by making state buildings a safe zone for terrorist and criminals. This regulation should not be approved and the emergency regulation withdrawn.Please extend the comment period for another 30days.
