These centers need to adhere to health care regulations!  It is obvious they are not doing a good job self regulating; the proof is in the inspection results! Janitor closets are important to make sure the procedure area is appropriately cleaned, which has not been happening!  Hall widths are important if some one may need emergency medical care.
