TRAP and women's access to healthcare

To Whom It May Concern;

The TRAP regulations threaten to effectively close reproductive healthcare centers in Virginia.  This in unfair to Virginian women who have the right to seek the services offered at these centers.  The Board of Health should be seeking to ENABLE women to access safe and legal health services, not create unecessary and bureaucratic barriers to it.  Women who do not have the means to access these services at a great distance from where they live, or even from out of state, will be disproportionately affected by TRAP.  The Board of Health should use science and medicine to make evidence based decisions and not be manipulated by ulterior political motivations which clearly intend to use TRAP to circumvent women's legal, constitutional right to all forms of reproductive healthcare, including abortion.  TRAP will relegate Virginia to being a backwards State.  I implore decision-makers not to allow this to happen.
