Even though I DO NOT SUPPORT ABORTION, this is an important health-care issue for women undergoing this immoral and life-changing procedure.  Abortion clinics should be regulated in the same way that other medical facilties are regulated.  Once proper couseling is completed, safety must be the next concern.  The safest and best medical care must be made available.  Please uphold the proposed safety regulations on abortion facilities.
