These regulations are not only costly for clinics to implement, they are not shown to improve care outcomes for the patients these clinics serve. Indeed, because of the cost of compliance, many of these health centers will close. This will leave a large volume of patiants without options for their medical care, disproportionatly effecting low-income indiviudals and families.
Regulations that hurt Virginia's women have no business being passed; we should be improving services, not crippling them.
