Withdraw from RGGI

Green energy sources are more expensive than using fossil fuels.  Green energy is not dependable.  In European countries who depend on green energy supply issues with fuels to heat homes and businesses have left their citizens without heat during the winter.  Green energy only supplies 25 percent of usage.  My energy bills in Virginia are double what I paid in Colorado.  Colorado has cooler temperatures more of the year than Virginia does.  We cannot afford this green energy debacle as inflation is eating up our incomes.  Cancelling the XL Pipeline increased our energy bills; we cannot afford any more increases .  Green energy is not dependable nor sustainable as the technology is not capable of meeting our needs.
