Do NOT withdraw from RGGI

Virginia should NOT withdraw from RGGI. The few extra dollars spent monthly on this program by Virginians will help mitigate flooding issues across Virginia and allow underprivileged communities to tackle flooding issues that would otherwise not be financially feasible for them to address.

I live in the Hampton Roads area and, yes, every city here, with both wealthy and under-served communities alike, has flooding issues.

Mr. Youngkin, withdrawing from RGGI is a bad look for you in light of the thousands of dollars you accept from fossil fuel donors. It's also a bad look for you to try to withdraw from RGGI against the wishes of your constituents by trying to finagle an end run around proper channels.
