Goals of Regulation | This new regulation is intended to carry out the legislative directives in Chapter 366 of the 2019 Acts of Assembly and Chapter 526 of the 2020 Acts of Assembly and to ensure that the training requirements for newly hired and existing direct care and security employees are clear and unambiguous. |
