Goals of Regulation | To offer coordinated managed care for seniors and indivduals with disabilities. To integrate the full range of Medicaid benefits (and Medicare benefits for those that are dually eligible) into a coordinated delivery system for seniors and individuals with disabilities to utilize resources more effectively, improve outcomes, achieve cost containment goals, and enhance budget predictability. |
