| Description | The regulation addresses a requirement enacted by the 2003 General Assembly for the Board of Education to develop regulations for an alternate diploma for individuals in the commonwealth. The goal of the new regulation is to provide individuals with an additional diploma option without minimizing the current Virginia educational reform. The regulations will replace emergency regulations adopted by the Board of Education in July 2003. |
