Description This chapter provides regulations to guide the administration of the Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative (CNI) Trust Fund as authorized by ยง 51.5-178 et seq. of the Code of Virginia. At the direction of the CNI Advisory Board, funding from the CNI Trust Fund is provided to Virginia-based organizations, institutions, and researchers to support research on the mechanisms and treatment of neurotrauma and in the delivery of rehabilitative services.
