Description This regulation deals with the requirements established by the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) in administering funding under the Economic Development Program, which was known as the Industrial Access Policy prior to 2006, when the General Assembly enacted changes to the statute which authorized the program. It replaces 24 VAC 30-270-10 et seq., which was filed by description.
