| Goals of Regulation |
The goals of the regulation are: 1. To set forth a procedure to seek out and facilitate the involvement of those potentially affected by or interested in a regulatory action; 2. To communicate clearly to the Board of Education’s constituents how they may participate in the regulatory process in a meaningful way; and 3. To ensure that the Board of Education’s regulatory procedures are in full compliance with state laws and regulations governing such actions. |
