| Goals of Regulation |
1. To protect the health, welfare, and safety of the minors of the Commonwealth by establishing maximum limits on the hours of work which minors under the age of 16 are allowed to work. 2. The protection of the public's health, safety, and welfare with the least possible cost and intrusiveness to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth. |
