| Action Summary | The purpose of this regulatory action is to incorporate statutory changes made to § 62.1-44.15:34 A by HB 1173/SB 423 and HB 1217 during the 2014 General Assembly session related to the general performance criteria for localities subject to the provisions of the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act (§ 62.1-44.15:67 et seq.) and the regulation of Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act land-disturbing activities in accordance with § 62.1-44.15:28. |
