Amending the regulation to show the name of a new agency, the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, which was created as a result of the Governor's reorganization of the executive branch of state government. This reorganization eliminates the Department for the Aging and the Department of Rehabilitative Services and transfers the powers and duties of those agencies to the newly created Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services |
