| Action Summary |
Two changes are necessary to conform the regulation to legislation passed by the 2011 General Assembly. House Bill 2231 (Chapter 370 of 2011 Acts of Assembly) changed the definition of "business firm." Senate Bill 863 (Chapter 312 of the 2011 Acts of Assembly) changed the definition of "impoverished people." |
