| Action Summary |
This is an emergency situation pursuant to ยง 2.2-4011 of the Code of Virginia. Chapters 260 and 280 of the Acts of the 2010 General Assembly, which were the result of SB 474 and HB 792 respectively, require regulations to be effective within 280 days of enactment. The proposed regulation amends the existing regulation to include a provision that addresses temporary license requirements pursuant to the above-named Chapters. |
