| Action Summary |
The amendment will increase the limiting age of adult dependent children from age 23 to age 26. Additionally, it removes any residency and support requirement that currently applies to otherwise eligible adult children. Furthermore, the plan will no longer cover children of dependent children living with the employee, unless the employee has sole custody of the grandchild. |
