| Action Summary | Pursuant to Chapter 382 of the 2007 Acts of Assembly (SB 1181), develops Secondary Street Acceptance Requirements to determine the conditions and standards that must be met before secondary streets constructed by others will be accepted into the state secondary system for maintenance by VDOT. Requirements will supersede current Secondary Street Requirements. Provisions of the Administrative Process Act (Section 2.2-4000 et seq.) shall not apply to initial regulations promulgated by the Board pursuant to Chapter 382. |
