| Action Summary |
The Board for Contractors (“the Board”) is amending the Board for Contractors Regulations to remove a provision that provides that a refund of the $25 Recovery Fund assessment be issued in instances where the submittal of a contractor license application does not result in the issuance of a license. In doing so, all assessments received with a license contractor application will be assigned to the Recovery Fund; refunds will no longer be issued in instances where an application does not result in the issuance of a license. |
