This proposed action will repeal the Regulations Governing Application For and Use of Grant Funds to Localities (4VAC45-10). Funding for this program has not been available since before 2003, when the Board was abolished. Should funding become available in the future, the Board of Conservation and Recreation has the authority to establish guidelines for the fund. |
