We have needed updates and changes to the waivers for some time.  We need to address the LRI situation making it easier for family to become caregivers.  

Processes with the waivers need to be streamlined.  Too many hands in the pot in order to get anything done.  Whether you have to check with your SF, your Service Co-oridinator, DMAS.... a lot of times information from A does not get to B who needs the exact information in order to help a client.

Rate pay needs to be looked at as well.  

The changes proposed are a good start.
