It is unfair to not make respite available to families. As the parent of 2 special needs adults that we've cared for for many years, families need a break. It can be very stressful caring for loved ones with special needs.  Its a 24/7 job. Everyone deserves a break. Please reconsider and add respite back for young families that have lost it.
