Summary |
Change I: Enforcement guidance for the revised Recordkeeping regulations. Change II: Changes Chapter 1, paragraph V. Amends Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) 7-10. Adds FAQ’s to Chapter 5. Change III: Renumbers this directive from the 02 series [Compliance Instructions] to the 09 series [Program Operations, Analysis & Evaluation] to conform to VOSH Program Directives’ classification and numbering system as specified in VOSH Program Directive 01-001A. Adds FAQ 10-4 (to Section IX of Chapter 5) dealing with rules to determine if hearing loss cases are work-related under §1904.10(b)(6) (January 12, 2012). Change IV: Clarifies how to cite employers who fail to orally report to the nearest Dept. office within 8 hours, an workplace accident which kills one or more employees results in hospitalization of 3 or more employees. |
